Jai brings over 20 years of experience in systems automation, database architecture, software development, systems engineering, and risk assessment. He has deep domain expertise serving the industries of property and casualty insurance and life reinsurance, where he has repeatedly modernized complex legacy systems and reduced operational risk.
Outside of technology, Jai serves on the boards of three non-profit arts organizations, where he applies the same disciplined creativity and problem-solving he brings to his consulting work.
John Kneiling, Co-Founder
John has been providing digital transformation, technical leadership, and strategic operational improvements to a diverse set of industries for over 25 years. He has served as a consultant, executive, founder, and CTO in Government, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, and Software. He uses his background in process automation, data architecture, and systems integration to improve process speed, quality, and cost by considering the people, processes, and technology that play a role in each business function.
